World class service with world class speed! I was there for an oil change (they added a software update I was unaware of) and they beat my quoted wait time by at least 30 minutes. The his does not apply to sales they get 5 stars, service on the other hand is one of the worst departments I have ever delt with. 1st they made me wait almost 3 weeks for an oil change so I scheduled 3 week on the other hand is one of the worst departments I have ever delt with. 1st they made me wait almost 3 weeks for an oil change so I scheduled 3 weeks out and when I did I said I was going to wait for the vehicle. So I arrived 10 min prior to my appointment and they tell me it will be done sometime after n the day the last time they told me that for a previous service they didn’t finish until the following day. It’s just an oil change and I was told that a car that wasn’t even at the dealer yet was in front of me does that make sense. On top of that they are rude, not very knowledgeable for example my wife’s Jeep was in here 4 times for the same problem and was told her vehicle isn’t designed to drive over 55 mph it’s a 2021 gladiator it’s not limited to 55 mph that’s not even highway speed. There were many other things but if you use the service dept. which you shouldn’t you will soon learn good luck. More

Overall, I have been very satisfied with Pellegrino Jeep’s service department. However, on this latest visit, I was told that I could not wait for the car for an oil change/tire rotation.
