Had a recall notice on my vehicle. I called to set up an appt. I asked about what transmission services they offer since I was going to be there anyways. She said she didn't know anything about services they provide, so transferred me to a service person that didn't ever pick up the phone. A couple days later, I receive a call confirming an appointment I never made. Since I needed the recall serviced I accepted the appt and they said it would take a couple hours. 2 and a half hours in I called the dealer and was informed they were having trouble performing an update and couldn't get my car out of park. They offered me a loaner vehicle(that I had to refuel) and said it might be at least a day. I asked if they could at least wash the car for the delay and they said absolutely. So I drove the 30 minutes home and immediately received a call saying I could come back and pick up the vehicle. When I picked the car up, of course they hadn't washed it. It's an older car and it was a recall, so I get it that I wasn't going to receive concierge treatment but it took way more time than promised, I had to pay for fuel in a loaner because of their delay, and they lied about the car wash. On top of that I forgot 2 bags of chips in the loaner and they never said a word. Just another shady dealership doing the bare minimum. More

Lance was great! ! I had a nail in my tire, and unfortunately, it could not be repaired. I dropped the vehicle off at about 10:00 and got the call from Lance at 2:00 s ! I had a nail in my tire, and unfortunately, it could not be repaired. I dropped the vehicle off at about 10:00 and got the call from Lance at 2:00 stating my Santa Fe was ready to pick up. He had to go out to the USA Parkway to get the tire, so 4 hours for the repair, including changing the tire, and mounting and balancing, was quite impressive. Lance is a true professional who cares about his customers!! I highly recommend him to any of my friends who own Hyundai’s or any other type of vehicle. More

I had a disappointing experience. I had a serious issue with the tire blowing up a month ago on the freeway as I was travelling 65-70 mph. Thank god, I was safely able to get to a triangle safety zone with no cars behind me. Highway patrol had to tow me to the nearest shoulder. Thereafter, I was not pleased that I had to shell out $$ for a brand new car. First I was asked to contact customer service, and customer service stated that the rim is covered with warranty and only the tire was not covered and provided me the Pirelli contact details. I called Pirelli and they asked me to have your service manager forward the tire remains via your supplier to them, so they will evaluate and reimburse. I stated this to the Lithia service manager and also provide case numbers with Hyundai Customer service and case number with Pirelli. Unfortunately the service advisor was stating the contrary with Hyundai customer service, and using "outside influence" etc.. that was unneeded. The car was then supposed to be fixed and provided Monday (dropped off on Wedneday evening), and it was a provided a week later, and I had to check up on the status constantly. No loaner was provided. I also spoke to the service manager and asked for a price break due to the circumstances and he said he would get back to me. NO call back and I reminded the service advisor about the same. No call to date, really disappointed with this experience and regret this experience overall. Not sure why I would need to call so many folks and obtain contrary advice. Dropped a note to Lithia as well, and also escalated on service line. More

Service was performed and when I brought up an issue with my car that a scrape damage occurred to my car while in their possession.
