Folks should know about any specials being advertised on their website. When I went in to buy tires they s/h perked up and said “great!! We’re running a buy 3 get 1 special right now!” What I got was a big their website. When I went in to buy tires they s/h perked up and said “great!! We’re running a buy 3 get 1 special right now!” What I got was a big nothing! Very disappointed in their customer relations. This responsibility is the service mangers job, whoever that might be as I saw no office that might lead to this person’s identity. Perhaps this is done on purpose. More
