We have been doing business with Regal for many years and bought several vehicles. The last few times we have come to the service department, our vehicle has not been completely serviced. We just had our Sed bought several vehicles. The last few times we have come to the service department, our vehicle has not been completely serviced. We just had our Sedona serviced and AC fixed and it isn’t working. This has been only one of the issues within the last year we have been going for service. We used to tell people the Regal Kia had the best service department and that has not been true lately. We even recommend friends to buy vehicles at Regal and have had a few friends buy from Regal. We should be valued customers, but the service is sub par or taking several times to get something right! More
