Took my 2024 car in because it was making a strange noise. Charged $169 to look at it. They eventually said they thought it was the struts. I then received a text with an invoice for $1 6 00 for new s noise. Charged $169 to look at it. They eventually said they thought it was the struts. I then received a text with an invoice for $1 6 00 for new struts an alignment. Said it was because of a recent accident but it aligned perfectly after that repair. Picked up the car and took it to the body shop where I had it repaired. They found a loose part rubbing against the caliper. Nothing wrong with the struts. I contacted Kia starting on June 11 requesting my $169 back since they did nothing. I have heard nothing from them. I have purchased both my Kias' from Regal but must say I am very disappointed in this, thinking I could have spent $1600 and the problem would not have been fixed. More
