Regal has always made me feel comfortable when doing business with them. From sales, to service, to the body shop to the lot porters, anyone that I have come in contact with at Regal has always been fri business with them. From sales, to service, to the body shop to the lot porters, anyone that I have come in contact with at Regal has always been friendly and willing to help. Regal knows what customer service is all about. Greg has been amazing from the first new car I purchased in 2019 it is bc of him and his customer service that I became loyal to Regal. Working with Jeremy and others in service over the years, they have made it very easy, answered any questions I’ve had, they’ve always been helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a new car recently and worked with Cody and he was great as well! I cannot speak enough of the customer service. Cody worked around my schedule and thought texts and phone calls to get me into the car I want. They truly make purchasing a car so easy! More

Misty is awesome, I usually deal with her because she is professional, polite and honest. The mechanics do a good job most of the time. Pricing is high, not always affordable and their advertising not trust professional, polite and honest. The mechanics do a good job most of the time. Pricing is high, not always affordable and their advertising not trustworthy, I was told they would have a rental or a loaner ready for me when I took my car for service and it was not true. Misty made sure that I had transportation to go to work that day and she explained that they do not have rental or loaners. More
