The service advisor, Dave, was very helpful and set my expectations properly when he let me know the amount of time it would take to complete the service provided. I truly appreciated Dave's customer ser expectations properly when he let me know the amount of time it would take to complete the service provided. I truly appreciated Dave's customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. Part of the service provided during this visit was to install a fog light kit I ordered through the Williamson Parts department. Unfortunately the parts department was not as through as I would like, they did not order the correct switch for the fog light kit and I needed to return the next day in order to have the correct switch installed. Dave had the switch installed in less than 5 minutes as he promised the day before, so please commend Dave for his fine customer service skills. More

I was in Fri and Mon, so don't know which this is for. Both times went well. Monday they were about 10 minuts late having vehicle ready. Staff was friendly and helpful. Having bought my car from my dealership I would assume that a tire rotation would be free but, no it costs $21.00 + tax. I was disappointed about this espescially that places like jiffy lube would do this that a tire rotation would be free but, no it costs $21.00 + tax. No way to evaluate the quality of work done for a 105K maintenance until driven awhile. Price of $800 compared to the $300 or so for regular 15K maintenance when considering that valve adjustment and spa maintenance until driven awhile. Overall experience was, as usual, very good. More
