I have purchased six new vehicles at Honda of Lincoln over the last 30 years. Dave Rose has been the person who has helped us maintain them. The dealership seems to be losing it personal touch. It is difficult to get a live person on the phone. The dealership advertises that you get free tire rotation with the purchase of tires. I purchased the tires for the at the dealership and they still try to charge me for the rotation. I have to tell them I purchased the tires there and they don’t believe me and can’t find it on the computer. I have to keep telling them to scroll down and look for. We both get frustrated. I know I purchased the tires there. They can’t find it. Finally after asking them to scroll down further they find it. There should be an easier way to find it. More

I needed to drive back to Michigan early the next morning. Although they were busy the worked me in. Found the problem with the car. Texted the estimate which I approved. Over the past several years I've overlooked several screw ups by this service center which has been several, tools left in the engine several times even csusing damage, things left undone. It's been a strugg ups by this service center which has been several, tools left in the engine several times even csusing damage, things left undone. It's been a struggle to trust these people. Last Saturday was the last straw, went in for an oil change and a tire fix. They claim the tire was unrepairible, said they had the same tire so I trusted them, wrong thing to do! They put on a higher priced tire not even the same manufacturer. They were closing has I walked out and seeing all the charges they added on. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCREW YOU. Sunday morning come out their new tire flat I went through the roof, another screw job from Honda of lincoln. Called and got their answering machine and left a very colorful message. That afternoon at a BBQ party I get a call from Jeff Williams service manager screaming at me (on speaker phone for all to hear) about my message. No apologies no bring it in we'll fix it right, none of that happened. In fact honda of lincoln has flat out refused to fix the problem. If you go to their service center you do it at your own risk. More
