The sales team are friendly,outgoing and easy to interact with. I showed up at the dealership on a cold,snowy January Sat. Afternoon. Jeff and Craig went out of their way to find the right vehicle for me,in with. I showed up at the dealership on a cold,snowy January Sat. Afternoon. There was a problem with the financing,David Miller exhausted all possibilities you can on a Sat. Evening.The dealership closes at 6 pm and everyone involved stayed well after 6 trying to get me into my new vehicle. Jeff Longley went outside,started my car,and brought it right to the front door for me at 20minutes after 6. There were complications with my credit because of my work. David Miller would not take no for an answer,and found a bank with a great interest rate to finance me! Here I am 2 weeks later,driving my brand new truck!!! Capital Ford has my back!! More

Have dealt with Jeff on several occasions, he has always been very friendly, knowledgeable, and understands that we don't have a lot of time when at the dealership and doesnt waste our time. We tell him what we are looking for and he provides options available to us. He recognizes us when we come in. Jeff brought in Phillip Neill in the process to help and he was very helpful as well. Very knowledgable about the vehicle, didnt waste our time. He let us take the vehicle home to see if luggage fit...it did. We were in and out quickly. Has followed up with us after the sale and gets back to the emails we send him very quickly. We leased the vehicle so dealt with Martin...great guy...especially since he is a Denver Bronco fan...I think your dealership should buy more broncos stuff for him...he doesnt have enough. On Friday, I recommended a co-worker to go to Jeff. Said he would treat her well. She was looking at the Escape as well. Shes off this week so not sure if she went this past weekend or not. Although I am getting a little PO'ed about this fricken form...have tried submitting 3 times and keeps coming back with errors. If it comes back with errors (ie. postal code) it wipes out a bunch of other fields in the process. Will try one more time...if it doesnt work I give up. More
