Overall our experience was very good. The detailing that was completed on our new vehicle was of a lesser quality than we expected and had received in the past. We don't really feel we were able to receive full value for our trade in however we were limited by time to visit other lots. I would have liked to be shown how to use the automatic door locks but after t for our trade in however we were limited by time to visit other lots. For example, we went to get car insurance transfered and we didn't have all the required forms from the car lot. We then had to wait at SGI office while they were faxed over - just added to feeling a little rushed away once sale was complete. Overall the sales experience was ok. Thank you for following up.
