Upon finding a potential vehicle, he told Chad that he'd think about. In the weeks that followed, Chad called and texted my husband every once in awhile; asking if he was still interested. There's a fine line when it comes to being an overbearing salesperson - and Chad never crossed that line. He was very casual yet professional while dealing with us. Upon returning, we decided on purchasing a '12 F-150 Lariat instead of the '10 we were looking at earlier. Our decision was definitely impacted by both Jeff & Chad, but we are ultimately happier with the choice we made. Jilles was also wonderful to deal with. He made my husband & I feel at ease and answered all of our questions in detail. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what our payments were going to be and how all the costs were broken down. I contacted Capital with the hopes of getting out of a vehicle that I really didn't like and into a truck. I knew that I would have a substantial amount of negative equity going into the deal and my hope vehicle that I really didn't like and into a truck. I knew that I would have a substantial amount of negative equity going into the deal and my hopes were not very high at all as I had just purchased the previous vehicle 5 months prior. But through hard work by the sales team and equally hard work by the business office, I drove away in a gorgeous 2011 F150 for a remarkable price that fit my budget perfectly. Kudos to the team at Capital for making my vehicle buying experience an amazing one! I will most certainly recommend Capital to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! More

I recently just bought my first car from Ford. I got a 2010 honda insight hybrid. He spent the time with me to understand what I wanted and needed for my life style. throw the hole time of looking he would call me and tell me what he had found for me to come check out and to see if I liked it. Once I got the insight I was happy but Nathan didn't stop there. Nathan kept calling to check up on how I liked the insight which was nice it meant I was not just a sale. So I would like to say a big Thank you to Nathan Nathan is not the only one that made my experience amazing at Ford I have to give a thank you to Adam he is the one that was there to show me the cars when Nathan was busy and he was not hesitant to help me once I came throw the door. So thank you Adam it is nice to have help right as you walk throw the door. And finally I got to make a shout out to Jeff I Had come a week after buying my car with a problem and what does he do?
