Purchased a new vehicle 2 months ago . Finance dept did papers wrong then I am told not available to speak after calling . Typical response is nobody here today . One month later just paid Finance dept did papers wrong then I am told not available to speak after calling . Typical response is nobody here today . One month later just paid for car in total since they could not figure out what to do . Tag (license plate ) never received, but told paperwork all fine/completed after car sold beginning of January and DMV in Florida will send it to my home . Never received then dealer stated Florida DMV behind in their sending it out then weeks later found out the paperwork was “never” even submitted . Now I’m told paperwork done only a few days ago and sent to DMV for me to pick up plate:tag , but dealer NOT certain which DMV center to go to since they picked one very far from me after googling as stated per the one in charge. Waiting now 2 months and likely attorney to intervene . STILl NO registration and NO tag . Yet car paid in full. I requested to fly in and go to dealer since car dealer out of state from where I live at their expense . Dealer refused to meet or pay for my cost. So far I put in over 15 hours work on this. Worst experience I ever had buying a vehicle in past 40 years . More
