Hands down Whitby Toyota has the best service centre. Any time I go there, I come away a satisfied costumer. Last time, I took my 2010 Prius in because of a sudden hybrid system warning message. Jay Ells was super kind, helpful and informative during my whole visit, while Adam Hassira went above and beyond, did his magic and found me a loophole to get the inverter assembly with converter replaced for free.
