Overall I have been satisfied with the service of Whitby Toyota. However, on May 10, 2023, the staff went above and beyond. I went to Toyota for a regular oil change and to get my snow tires off and my gen Toyota. However, on May 10, 2023, the staff went above and beyond. I went to Toyota for a regular oil change and to get my snow tires off and my general tires on. Toyota staff advised me that my snow tires were very worn and did not recommend that it was safe for me to continue to use them. While I was there, minor damage occurred to one of my snow tires by a technician. This minor damage was pointed out to me and the staff took full responsibility. Jason Ells and Gord Sasse went out of their way to ensure that I received complimentary 4 snow tires (a set). I appreciated very much the service that I received from all of the Toyota staff especially on that day! More

My first visit at the Whitby location. They have the best service center out of all the toyota dealerships that I have ever been to. Came in because my wheel was shaking and a vibration was constant under my car.
