Toyotatown was up front and honest with me. They told me what the previous Toyota dealership had been charging me for that wasn’t necessary every time I went for service. I felt better having brought my RAV4 to them even if it was out of my way a little bit. I can’t say enough great things about Jason. He thoroughly explained the situation I was in and the best way for me to approach it. He could of told me to do a lot of unnecessary service items but he gave me my options and encouraged me to choose the one that was best for me not what was best to make a sale. I was blown away. He thanked me repeatedly for my patience. I was in no rush to get my car back anyways lol. More
