Received an error message “drive train malfunction, drive moderately and see your service center”. Took it to Ferman BMW and they found there was a fault with my cooling fan per the computer codes. Left the moderately and see your service center”. Took it to Ferman BMW and they found there was a fault with my cooling fan per the computer codes. Left the car at the service center and after 1.5 days was told they found a faulty wire on the connector to the cooling fan. Final results were $86 in parts to repair and $1,400 labor cost! They also charge 3% if you want to pay with a credit card. First time I ever had to pay with a debit card to avoid the extra charge of using my credit card! They did wash and vacuum my car but didn’t feel the total cost was worth it and will look for another repair facility next time. More

Requested a refund of my deposit which was put on a credit card. Was told it could remain and get points from the card company. So I left the deposit and then found that I was charged $75 for using a c credit card. Was told it could remain and get points from the card company. Don’t appreciate the lack of transparency or the cost. More

First call into BDM was horrible; Nina was rude and hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager; dealership and Mary Teller helped me get my son’s car back in shape to go back to school. After driving an hour I was told once I arrived I didn’t even need to come in for service after receiving an email from the dealership that I did. The service rep I spoke with was less than understanding an even need to come in for service after receiving an email from the dealership that I did.
