All in a Days Work I was very pleased with my entire experience. I arrived in the morning something had caused my vehicle to stall 3 times the day before. Well with wint I was very pleased with my entire experience. I arrived in the morning something had caused my vehicle to stall 3 times the day before. Well with winter and the cold cold, well I wasn’t taking any chances so I headed to Lakewood. I met James immediately upon arrival and gd was great. He looked over my extended warranty asked me a few questions. Hooked me up with s rental and had me leaving veryconfident that all would be well and it was. James called me told me what was wrong and that he could have it fixed later on that afternoon. He also let me know that my tires weren’t very safe and suggested a new line Lakewood was trying, Great price so I picked up a set. Thank you Lakewood for when I went in to pick up my vehicle there was a big smile on my face and peace in my heart. James was awesome and I intend to use him as my go to guy for my equinox at Lakewood. I know I’ll be in good hands and be greeted with a smile and treated like a queen in her Chevrolette carriage. I recommend Lakewood Chevrolette to any and everyone with a Chevy. When I’m ready to trade in end of 2018, I will be taking my vehicle To Lakewood to start the process of adopting a new equinox. Exceptional Customer Service James truly is an exceptional advisor. He is professional, knowledgeable and patient. My husband and I have had both our vehicles in the shop for varies reasons and we were always treated respectfully. James is willing to work with his customers to ensure the greatest satisfaction and that all our vehicle repair needs were met. We felt welcomed into the shop and are very impressed with the Lakewood team entirely. We have located out of province and were disappointed to longer be able to work with James at Lakewood. Vehicles are an important asset in our daily life and to find someone that will work with you fairly and with the most professionalism to fix your vehicle is great. More

My vehicle maintenance appointment/work pushed back. My appointment was scheduled several weeks in advance. Dropped off my S.U.V.at dealership and left it there all day. I was contacted in afternoon and My appointment was scheduled several weeks in advance. Dropped off my S.U.V.at dealership and left it there all day. I was contacted in afternoon and told technician booked to work on my vehicle would be away that afternoon. I had to pick up my S.U.V. and do drop off all over again next day. My service provided went above and beyond to make me completely satisfied and feel looked after. Issues happen and in this day and age, it is important to see someone trying to make it up to you. Just a negative note: my shuttle driver for second day did not hear my plea to drop me off at my work first-(2) times I explained it-my boss at work is a slave driver and hates late employees. I was dropped off 3rd with only 10 minutes to spare to get to work-this caused me stress on top of the re-do drop off vehicle again. Just to make it clear, I'm 57-yrs.-old and felt disrespect from that shuttle driver who should have been more understanding and more professional. I believe his name was Floyd. He didn't offer me a business card. Got one from him when I asked for it a second time so I could know who I was dealing with. More
