I decided to take a drive one afternoon to Toronto Auto Brokers and just look at some pre owned vehicles they had in stock. I was greeted by the front desk receptionist who was very pleasant and assisted me with questions before directing me to the showroom. I had a vehicle in mind and there was a wide selection of beautiful vehicles on display. After walking around the dealership for a few minutes, I had narrowed it down to this one vehicle and was looking forward to taking it for a test drive. This is when I was introduced to a gentleman by the name of Jacob Berman. There isn't words to describe how Jacob turned a potentially stressful experience of buying a car into one of the best experiences I have ever had. Jacob took the time to go over the vehicle with me and answered every question I had. He even showed me other similar vehicles so I had a number of other choices to compare. Jacob gave me the keys and told me to take the car for a test drive and enjoy! There was no sales pitch or pressure. He left me alone with the car and after test driving the car for 15 minutes, I was sold. I got back and sat with Jacob who went through all the paper work thoroughly. He explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. He was able to get me a great price on the vehicle that included extended warranty for a worry free driving experience for years to come. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire purchase experience. Everything was handled in the most professional manner. I was made clearly aware of every detail of my purchase. There was no surprises in the final purchase price and Jacob made sure the vehicle was perfect upon delivery. He went above and beyond to make my experience of buying a vehicle a pleasant and positive experience. Since picking up the vehicle, Jacob has followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything is perfect and that I am happy with my purchase. I just want to say that I am very pleased with my experience and very happy with my purchase. I look forward to continuing this positive relationship with Jacob and with Toronto Auto Brokers. I have looked at a LOT of cars and visited a LOT of dealers. When I first met Jacob Berman my first thought was that I hope that he has the car I want because I felt that I could work with him. No hard sell, actually no selling at all. I am in sales as well, but I don't sell, I service my clients and if they buy through me, great. Jacob is of the same mindset. He's personable (which makes the experience more pleasant), he is product knowledgeable (obviously he has been in the business a long time and he loves cars), but more importantly he isn't trying to sell me something that isn't for more me. It turns out that the first car I saw with him with nice but not for me. I passed. No big deal. We parted ways on friendly terms. When another car came up, it was a car that I thought I would want to purchase. I called Jacob and a fair deal (fair to both parties) was struck. After I drove away the car, Jacob assisted me with a couple of car related purchases (he offered both referrals and advice). The service didn't end just because TAB received their money and I had driven away. It is my sense that I can pick up that phone at any and ask Jacob for advice and it will be willingly given (actually that is what Jacob told me, but the proof is in the pudding). Earlier, when I said that I was serviced and not sold, I wasn't kidding. I know the difference. This is the first time I have written such a referral. I don't do it lightly but I believe that it is justified. I am very happy with my new (old) car and I am very happy with the whole experience. I have rated this encounter with Jacob and TAB as a 5 out of 5. I truly believe that it is warranted. Hope you can say that same with your purchase......... Gord. More

First Luxury Car Purchase The whole process made me nervous at first. Buying an expensive used car, from people I don't know. However, my experience with TAB was far from anything negative. I saw the car online, visited, test drove it. Found some little things around the car that bugged me (obviously its a used car, this is going to happen). Not only did TAB go out of their way to make everything beyond perfect, they really gave me peace of mind. Suggested we bring the car to an Audi dealer instead of their mechanic just to make sure I knew everything with the car was OK. They helped me find financing that fit my needs, they honestly went above and beyond at every step of the sales process. They did everything they promised they would, the car is an absolute gem no issues at all. There was a light with a few LED's out, and a week after I bought the car, I called about the issue. Avi and Jacob, the salesmen I worked with, got a new light shipped within a few days and installed it for free, along with purchasing it at their cost. At first I was really nervous about buying this car, but they've not only given me peace of mind, they really went above and beyond what was expected so I would truly be happy with the purchase. After I test drove it the first time, I said I needed a few days to be sure, and there was NO push at all, it was a very relaxed atmosphere, in fact, Avi said it was a good idea, and that he'd hold onto the car for a few days for me. I ended up putting a deposit down, and their service never dwindled. Even after buying the car they have been really, really great. You can tell this is a family owned business, and they are in the business of moving cars, and they really want you to be a lifetime customer, not just a one time buyer, I admire their philosophy. They definitely just gained a life time customer, in fact, my family was impressed to, and will be taking their business to TAB in the future as well. These guys are professionals, selling great products, but adding a great value added service. If you're gunna buy anywhere, buy from TAB. Even if they don't have the car you want in stock, ask them if they can get you something in, I've seen them do it, and you'll get really great value not only from the vehicle, but from the entire process. Thanks a lot Avi and Jacob for all your help and making this as easy and as pleasurable as possible. I love my new car and I know you guys have my back. TAB has massive indoor showroom with a large inventory and had every vehicle that we were considering in stock in mint condition. This was a huge relief where we could narrow down our decision without having to bounce to one dealer to the other. We worked with Jacob Berman, who was knowledgeable about his vehicles and was able to quickly provide us with details regarding the vehicle history. We ended up deciding on a BMW X6 after shopping around a bit further. The reasons: Jacob was giving us an excellent price, the car was super clean with a spotless Car Proof, and Jacob's responsiveness. The purchase was a breeze, Jacob took care of everything he even arranged to have winter tires and rims installed before we took delivery of the vehicle. This type of service, I only expected from BMW. We have had the X6 for a week now, and I must admit the vehicle is spotless. TAB had completed whatever maintenance was due at its current mileage.
