When I got there I never had a chance to look at the cars that I had sent in advance to look at also the finance gentleman was very quick to process my paperwork was however was getting aggravated when I wou that I had sent in advance to look at also the finance gentleman was very quick to process my paperwork was however was getting aggravated when I would ask a question and clarify that the documents I was signing he did not include all of the documents that I requested to have a copy of in my envelope I had to make a second trip back to pick up that information. The car that I purchased had a few issues on it there were scratches and dents on the vehicle that if I were given an opportunity to further look at the car I would have identified. I will say once I got home and saw the scratches yomar worked with me to get the problem resolved and they fix my issue however if I was given more time and not rush through the process there would not have been an issue to fix. I did not receive a fair Kelley blue book price for my vehicle. And believe that I was overcharged. More

Liars, conmen, and scammers UPDATE: 6/1/20 - They continue with the charade; They posted on several of my reviews that they're sorry and want to help, but when I respond nobody h UPDATE: 6/1/20 - They continue with the charade; They posted on several of my reviews that they're sorry and want to help, but when I respond nobody has ever reached back out or tried to contact me back. What an unprofessional and deceitful group. Just reinforces that they are frauds. Bought a CPO 2017 Lexus ES350 from Lexus of Pembroke Pines in May 2019 on the premise that a ding on the trunk would be fixed by Lexus upon purchase. We wrote up a contract with the Preowned Sales Manager J, and it was signed by both parties witnessed by everyone in the office at the time; the contract stated that the damage on the trunk would be fixed correctly by Lexus upon purchasing the car. Simple. The car was subsequently sold to me with the previous tint glue and strips of tint still on the windows and the damage on the trunk (unprofessional). After taking the car home, itip was incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone in their department to get the trunk fixed; it ended up taking a little over 2 months and finally they were able to schedule the work. I dropped my car off to Pembroke Pines Lexus and about a week later I got it back- the only problem was that they completely botched the repair –got some sort of glue on my shift knob that wouldn’t come off, put some kind of soft poxy on the ding which was a different color and soft, and the entire trunk had swirls and thicker/thinner areas across I, they did not even remove the symbols, just taped off! I called them- again very difficult to get back in touch with – come to find out they used some 3rd party mobile painter instead of sending it next door to their Lexus bodyshop/collision center attached to the building I bought my vehicle from. Finally, after days I was able to get in touch with the painter – who works out in Hialeah- about 1.5 hours from where I live – who told me he would come pick it up from me at work and fix the paint job/repair and apologized. They came and got my car from my work the next day- fixed and dropped it off a couple days later- got the car to find the same exact thing had happened again, but now there was a lip of paint around the perimeter of the entire trunk. Again went thru the same process, he came and got it – supposedly fixed it for the 3rd time – and now I have my eyesore car that I am stuck with – the trunk is a completely different color white – more like a acura ivory pearl white, and the rest of my car is Emminent White Pearl. I’ve tried contacting them to correct the paintjob for almost 1.5 years now. I’ve tried to contact almost every staff member I could find contact info for- its like they blacklisted me and washed their hands. I called Lexus Guest services and filed a case and even they were not able to do anything as the dealer has refused to get involved any further, and the president has refused to do anything more. I’ve gotten to the point that I’ve gotten it escalated to the Lexus Guest Serv Southeastern Director, and even he cannot do anything because the dealer is unreasonable. Lexus Guest Services is completely unable/unwilling to help because it is “beyond their scope”. So now I am stuck with a 3 toned color car that is less than 3 years old – it looks like it has been in an accident and it has not, and no one can help me. Dispicable people with no accountability, last time I will buy Lexus. More
