Adrian, my sales rep was excellent in answering questions and explaining the vehicle features, as well as appreciating my budget limits. There was an elusive problem with the trailer hookup left turn signal and explaining the vehicle features, as well as appreciating my budget limits. There was some unfortunate confusion about a warranty in the finance and closing, but I have great appreciation for Adrian and Isaiah. More

This is the second time I used the service of Larry Miller Dodge dealership in Sandy Utah and I love how everything is smooth from making an appointment to getting my truck fixed! The free, fast and comfortable Uber rides to get me back home and then pick me back up from home to the shop makes everything so easy! I love the text feature, to keep in touch with your adviser! I was getting answers of my questions really quick! Isaiah was really informative and explained everything they found and fixed with a language I could understand which makes me feel important! Thank you Isaiah! Also whoever were the mechanics working on our baby thank you! So far everything works perfectly! More

This is by far the worst service department I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Isaiah, Steve, and Chris are a joke. They did not test drive, quote for work that is not needed, and will neve the displeasure of working with. Isaiah, Steve, and Chris are a joke. The idea a main manager will blame employees, ex-employees, and even fictitious employees as a justified reason for poor customer service is wrong. Employees leave jobs because of management. If you bring your vehicle here, I hope your service is far better than mine. More

I took my truck in for 1 service. .It took 6 days to get it back, with no communication on their end whatsoever..LEFT multiple voicemails. My wife left multiple voicemails, on 2 differ .It took 6 days to get it back, with no communication on their end whatsoever..LEFT multiple voicemails. My wife left multiple voicemails, on 2 different managers and 3 different advisors..She even sent a text..With 0 responses back..I will not be returning to this company. I work for a dealership myself and if we treated customers they way this company does, We'd be out of business. They don't care about customers, but only how much money they can squeeze out of you. Their so called app is as worthless as they are..I don't recommend this type of service or lack of communication. Larry H Miller should be ashamed to have this type of service customers receive..Their ratings are lies..Read the negative ones for truth.. More
