I took my truck in for 1 service. .It took 6 days to get it back, with no communication on their end whatsoever..LEFT multiple voicemails. My wife left multiple voicemails, on 2 differ .It took 6 days to get it back, with no communication on their end whatsoever..LEFT multiple voicemails. My wife left multiple voicemails, on 2 different managers and 3 different advisors..She even sent a text..With 0 responses back..I will not be returning to this company. I work for a dealership myself and if we treated customers they way this company does, We'd be out of business. They don't care about customers, but only how much money they can squeeze out of you. Their so called app is as worthless as they are..I don't recommend this type of service or lack of communication.
