I had gone to three other dealers, looking for the vehicle that I had determined I wanted from the Ford web site. One dealership said they found the vehicle but it was in another town and would get it for me. Three days later, I called and they said it was sold then tried to up sell me, with a 17 minute time frame. I went to Erinwood and meet Habib. He identified that they had the vehicle and as I had made the deal at another place, he would respect that deal's numbers. The next day, I went into Habib, saw the vehicle, made the deal and the next day received the vehicle. This is the way transactions should be. I was a Honda guy with my wife loving Ford's, now we are a Ford family. By the way, Erinwood has an immense inventory! More

Our second stop was to Erinwood Ford where we had the pleasure to meet Habib Ahmed. We spent some time with Habib explaining what we were looking for, color, and options. Habib was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We even test drove 2 cars that day. At no time did we feel pressured into buying as I had explained to Habib we wished to search out a number of different vehicles at a number of different dealereships. Habib simply said in our absence he would search out more cars that fit what we desired and should we return he would do his best to fill our needs. A week later, after many test drives and different salespeople we both agreed that a return to Habib at Erinwood was the route to go. We had decided on the Escape and when we walked into Erinwood we spoke with Habib, who immediately pulled out a list of Escapes that he had prepared for our "unplanned" return. We shrunk the list down to two and proceeded out to the back lot to check them out. We found the one we wanted and went back to Habib's office to hopefully close the deal. With a little help from Nick Palalas on our trade-in we closed and we happily were the owners of a brand new 2017 Ford Escape. Clearly Habib was "heads and tails" above all the other salespeople we experienced on our car search as was the entire Erinwood Ford Team. We will highly recommend Habib, should you be in the car/truck market. Habib was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable on the products and has a great sense of humour to boot. He tried his absolute best to ensure I received a great deal on the GT, which my girlfriend and I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived with my girlfriend we were not disappointed. Habib greated us right away and ensured we were looked after. Some small things I noticed were that Habib held EVERY single door open for us and always asked if we would like a cool bottle of water while we waited to sign papers. I'm in the service industry and I know that it's the small things that really count. He was also very knowledgable and professional. Carol in finance made sure everything went smoothly until the day we drove off and was always there to answer any of my questions. A pleasant experience After weeks of searching for the right car and not having any great customer service, we decided to stop at Erinwood Ford. We were greeted immediately by Habib who was extremely friendly and eager to assist. He showed us the car we were interested in and made an appointment for us to return the following day for a test drive and a trip to our mechanic, who confirmed the car was in great shape. We returned to Habib and negotiated an agreed-upon price. Our beautiful Ford Fusion was ready for us the next day including brand new mats, free of charge. Habib took the time to show us all the features of the car and we drove away extremely satisfied. Overall we had a terrific experience with Erinwood Ford but Habib really saved the day. He was full of energy and stopped at nothing to make us happy. We would highly recommend Habib and Erinwood Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle...we felt the love! More

I have been a Ford Escape Driver for several years, but wanted to try something different. Habib Ahmed, met us outside in the cold, as we were looking over their stock. A very charismatic man, he took his time, as we weren't sure, what we were actually looking for. There was no pressure or sales tactics....pushing us in one direction or the other. He listened to what we ask, and suggested we try the new Escape. After our Test Drive....I was more than happy with our 2016 Ruby Red Ford Escape. Habib went to great lengths to have our new car ready the following day. Habib is most certainly an asset to Erinwood Ford. I would highly recommend him, to anyone buying a new car !! More
