My visit to Erinwood Ford was my second in two years to upgrade my vehicle. I have only the best to say about the people at the used car dealership. The one area of customer service I feel let me down was in the Detailing Dept. The vehicle I bought had a cap on and a bed liner installed. When I first arrived for the delivery the bed liner was very dirty and it was very upsetting. Habib,speaking to the manager, quickly arranged another appointment to have the vehicle cleaned properly. The outside and interior were done over real nice but once again the bedliner failed to meet my expectations. If one just hose‘s out the bedliner and without brushing off the dirt it is still there after the water dries. The bedliner should have been treated to look black and clean. I'm sorry that the workmanship at this detailing dept should taint the whole experience. My best to Habib who went beyond all expectations to have a bad job put right. More

What an super car-buying experience! Habib searched for the exact vehicle we were looking for and even though they didn't have it in their huge inventory (we are really picky), they found just what we want the exact vehicle we were looking for and even though they didn't have it in their huge inventory (we are really picky), they found just what we wanted in the colour we requested (2014 Ford Escape SE). They took both of our trades and gave us a fair value for them – they even recovered and cleaned the floor mats from one of our trade vehicles. When we arrived to pick up our new car, they were prepared with all of the paperwork and gave us a walk-thru on all of the great features in our new Escape. We couldn't ask for more! More

I came to Erinwood Ford attempting to sell my 2012 Ford Transit Connect Van, because we had recently sold our business and no longer required it. The first person I came in contact with was Nick, who was ploite and asked that I proceed to the Grey trailer in the back where I would be given an appraisal. The appraisal went well with the able help of Habib and Chris, and within an hour I was out of there, one very happy customer. Even though I was not buying a new vehicle on this day, the entire team was very, very helpful, and I'll be sure to be back when I or one of our family members is in the Market for a new or used vehicle! More
