I am proud to go and buy a CPO 2016 Mustang from the same dealer and dealership. We expected the same customer service quality and certification procedure, yet because this was a Ford car from a Ford dealer, we got even better service than last time. We were allowed to test drive it a few times before finally deciding on which model and that really helped make the decision strong. Joe has become like family to us, he is so Wonderful. There was even a scratch on the vehicle after we received it, and the dealer was so nice to purchase touch up paint for me to do at no cost, he even offered to do it himself! He also participated in the CPO checklist, making sure the mechanics checked for everything! Overall, if you're looking to buy a car and want to be treated well with a highly skilled staff, Erinwood Ford is where you should go. More

Habib was my sales associate and from the minute I called to request a test drive to the day I picked up my keys, he was wonderful! He had the car warmed up and ready to go when I arrived for my test drive. I told him my budget and he along with the director Nick were able to give me a great deal! On the finance side, I dealt with Adam. He was great and broke everything down for me and answered all my questions. Adam & Habib were there when I picked up my vehicle and made sure everything was good to go and that I was happy with everything.
