On Tuesday1/5, When I made the service appointment I asked for the car to be picked up. I was told I would get a call to let me know when. On Friday I called again. Same story-can’t reach anyone in service so I will get a call. Same story when I called on Monday-add ‘urgent’ when they send the email to service. Finally on Tuesday, the 12th, the day of my appointment, I asked to talk to Mr Hendrickson. Shortly thereafter Henry called to say they could not pickup the car until Wednesday. Not a good system and very poor customer relations. The service was accomplished, a day late, and I was very satisfied. Yours, truly, Norma Emrick More
