Because Toyota Dealers are "independent" they all charge different amounts. People don't know which Dealer to trust anymore. It was my cars first visit for actual service and I was very much surprised and happy it went so well. This will be my all time Dealer for service as long as my visits are honest and fair which appears to be the way things went expecially with Chris. Chris was more than helpful. Chris deserves a "raise, promotion, or a weeks paid vacation". He is a keeper so don't lose him. More
