Regal has always made me feel comfortable when doing business with them. Regal knows what customer service is all about. Greg has been amazing from the first new car I purchased in 2019 it is bc of him and his customer service that I became loyal to Regal. Working with Jeremy and others in service over the years, they have made it very easy, answered any questions I’ve had, they’ve always been helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a new car recently and worked with Cody and he was great as well! I cannot speak enough of the customer service. Cody worked around my schedule and thought texts and phone calls to get me into the car I want. They truly make purchasing a car so easy! More

My first contact with Regal Kia was through Eva Rubi in Internet sales. She was very professional in gathering information and getting me in touch with Nik Goins in sales. I had already decided on a particular vehicle and pursued that with Nik and Eva's help. The process went well and never felt strong armed. A very comfortable and polite interchange. Agreed on model and price and the next day I was driving it home. Two other people I met with was Matt and Jayden. They provided the final touches to make sure everything went smoothly. Very nice dealership. While I was there, I went over to Service Dept and talked with Jorge. Very welcoming and informative. I believe when the time for service comes along, the Service Dept will be very helpful and supportive. More
