Having been a Ford owner for the past 23 years I had a very knowledgeable sales colleague who took the time to help me explore the series of Jeep's too see what was the best fit for my needs . Test driving a variety ( renegade,wrangler, Cherokee and trail hawk ) I was able to work with the sales rep to see a variety of options and prices that would meet my needs and budget .I took advantage of some great terms on 0% financing during the Black Friday event that included a price reduction from the dealership and a colleague incentive . Amazing service! I replied to an ad on Autotrader for a car that I was really interested in and received an almost instantaneous reply from Josh (greatly appreciated!) I replied to an ad on Autotrader for a car that I was really interested in and received an almost instantaneous reply from Josh (greatly appreciated!). We were able to schedule and reschedule a test drive without any issues, and when I arrived he had everything set up and ready to go. After the test drive, I was quite happy with the car and ended up going through the process to put a deposit down. Josh was incredibly helpful and walked me through the steps for what needed to be completed before I could take the car home (first time car buyer). There were just a couple issues with the car that I noticed during and after the test drive, but the service at Finch Chrysler was stellar and took care of those issues quite quickly. I feel incredibly confident that my new (used) car will perform well as the dealership ensured me that they are adamant on making sure the car is up to spec. Overall, 5/5. Had no issues. Great service. Josh was an incredibly welcoming person. Would 100% recommend the dealership to friends and family for their future car purchases. It was also great having the dealership send a shuttle for me so I could visit the dealership without taking a bus. More

We both live in Woodstock and he has delivered our soft top to the house, dropped off the second key at the house and picked up my Jeep to take to the dealership to have the trailer hitch installed. He has gone above and beyond expectations to make us happy. More
