Love Whitby Toyota. But my last visit was my first disappointment. The appointment was 30 minutes late. And they didn’t wash my car which I’ve come to expect from Whitby Toyota as a Gold standard. Hi I’m Helen. Whitby Toyota is my favourite place to go for oil change and we bought our car there too. First of all it’s so close to my house. We met Ian too, when we got our lease Corolla and he’s so down to earth person, very professional and he make sure that you’re happy and satisfied for your visit . Ian has an excellent personality.
