The service manager was great but when I dropped it off they were supposed to give me a rental car. 10 days later and they said that they are having issues getting one. Lack of communication. Horrible Customer service. No desire to truly service and help. Had my vehicle for almost months and returned the car to me without being completed. Horrible Customer service. Was the fastest service ever. I went that morning expecting to have a shuttle ride back to my job. By the time I sat down waiting for the service, it was complete.
