I spoke to Josh about my car gas tank issue and was told he would speak to the manager for me and give me a call back. He never called me so I gave Kia a call to speak with him but he was unavailable and I he would speak to the manager for me and give me a call back. He never called me so I gave Kia a call to speak with him but he was unavailable and I was transferred to Matt who told me Josh is here and he would tell him to give me a call back. I never received a call and no never ever made an effort to reach out. I’ve had this issue for months going back and forth with them. More

The service advisor most of the time act the bots. It took me 3 service visits to get my problem fully understood by them. I would appreciate if they can properly understand the needs of customers and It took me 3 service visits to get my problem fully understood by them. I would appreciate if they can properly understand the needs of customers and prepare a service plan accordingly. More
