During the final stages of preparing the order form, Mike introduced me to the General Manager Mark Stevens who also demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, found Mike's order form to be accurate and offered many helpful comments.. During the Finance process, George Anderson was helpful with the detailed process offering clear explanations and helpful suggestions. At the time of the new vehicle delivery, Mike Do again was very helpful by demonstrating many of the basic features of the new vehicle and offered to respond to any future follow-up questions.
