Not the dealerships fault but it took 1 year and 5 months to get delivery of the 2024 Toyota Venza Limited I ordered.. It was worth waiting for the exact colour I wanted and my wife Loves the car.. Geordie was a fantastic advisor to my husband and I when we looking for a new car after 16 years with our existing vehicle. He was knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. He took the time to understand our needs and our wants, and provided recommendations accordingly. And based on our needs, he artfully recommended a Lexus, which we hadn't even considered. As soon as Geordie walked us through the features, we realized it could be a good fit, and after a test drive, it was hard to imagine any other car for our needs. Further, we knew we wanted to buy a car from Geordie since he was so respectful, experienced and had a passion for helping his customers. Geordie ensured we had a chance to test drive the hybrid model we wanted - even going so far as to arrange for us to drive the dealership's owners car! He also answered all our questions with ease and made sure all appointments or follow-up details were as easy as possible. And talk about going above and beyond, on the day we picked up the vehicle, we left our ownership in the office and Geordie drive to our house personally to drop it off for us. We love our new Lexus - no regrets at all - and we'll be referring anyone we know to Geordie since we know whoever they are they will be treated with respect. More
