New car shopping I came into ToyotaTown to take a look at a couple vehicles and price out monthly payments. I had only a rough idea of what I was looking for in a vehi I came into ToyotaTown to take a look at a couple vehicles and price out monthly payments. I had only a rough idea of what I was looking for in a vehicle and wanted to test out a new Corolla to see what it had to offer. I was immediately hooked up with Geordie who sat me down to discuss the range of monthly payments I was looking at, leasing vs financing preferences, and what features I wanted in a car. He discussed the differences between the Yaris and Corolla, trim packages, generalized pricing, and took me out onto the lot to check out a couple vehicles. Geordie discussed every aspect of the vehicles? that I had questions about, and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the trim packages that I was interested in. He then went into detailed pricing on the car, explaining the warranty coverages, what every? line of the pricing was for, and made it abundantly clear exactly what the associated costs were. He spent time discussing all of the services that ToyotaTown offers on top of just selling you a car. Everything from extra warranty protection, what to expect when servicing your vehicle, and the steps they take to make sure you are taken care of after you purchase the vehicle. In the end I ended up going a different route and did not buy/lease from Toyota, but have absolutely nothing bad to say regarding ToyotaTown. Geordie was a no-pressure salesman, and was more interested in making sure that you are comfortable and well informed before making your decision. Definitely one of my best experiences in car shopping. More
