Dealing with Geordie was a pleasure, and he worked very hard to help us purchase our Tacoma with a deal that we were happy with. When we picked up the truck we noticed that there was a small chip in the windshield. Not a problem, it would be taken care of for us. Unfortunately, a couple days before our appointment to get the chip repaired, the chip turned into a crack in the windshield. I called Geordie, and he talked to his sales manager Jackie Vera, and she called me soon after to tell me that Toyota Town was going to look after the replacement of our windshield. Talk about a dealership going the extra mile for their customers. My wife and I felt that they genuinely appreciated our business, and cared about our satisfaction.
