Unexpectedly Good Service I was shopping for a new car lately, and got my mind set on Prius and RAV4. My current car has broken down and I have been researching online mostly. I was shopping for a new car lately, and got my mind set on Prius and RAV4. My current car has broken down and I have been researching online mostly. When I sent a price quote request to Toyota dealers around Southern Ontario, Toyota Town was among the first to reply but it was the only dealership that called out to me to chat about my needs. Moreover, upon hearing about my broken car, I was offered a test drive with pickup and drop-off by Geordie. It was 1.5 hour spent on the road alone. At the end of the day, I got all my questions answered, viewed all the cars I was interested, figured out the features I wanted and the pro/cons of payment options, test drove a RAV4 and got to see the Prius I wanted (the only Prius in stock at ToyotaTown on that day) in action by receiving a ride in it on my way home. Got everything I needed, a ride to and from the dealership, and about 50% more understanding of the vehicles I wanted to buy. How can I not give a 5 star rating? If I could I'd rate his service at 7/5 stars. More

We made an appointment to sit down with Geordie Hock from Toyota Town to discuss and look at our options. Geordie was incredibly knowledgeable about Toyota's vehicle lineup and helped us quickly understand different features and what options were available. He was friendly and patient while explaining the numerous features during a demonstration drive before leaving us to a few test drives on our own. At no point did Geordie pressure us into any decisions, instead providing answers to our questions and sharing his opinion when asked. Geordie and the other Toyota Town staff were very accommodating and made the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. Picking up our new car and driving it off the lot for the first time was a great experience. Everything was ready and exactly as we had agreed upon when we arrived. Geordie made sure we were comfortable in our new vehicle and that we knew how to use all the cool features as well as answering any final questions we had. He even followed up a few days later to make sure we were still 100% happy and ask if we had any new questions or concerns. I can strongly recommend Geordie and Toyota Town to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and will be bring them my business from now on. More
