From Ralph in service, to our salesman Anfiny Eshoo, sales manager Franky, and finance guru Henry, each step along the way was hand crafted and personal. Our sales representative, Anfiny Eshoo was knowledgeable, supportive, and responsible in not only answering questions, but providing reassurance, positive feedback, and empathy unlike anything that I have experienced with a salesman . His concerns on my behalf were genuine- not practiced. The day AFTER I purchased my car, he called me personally to make sure everything was correct and all was well. When I drove out of the dealership, I truly felt I had 5 close friends who truly cared about me, my family and my vehicle.
