So I bought a new Audi. During a pandemic. What was I thinking! Well, tuns out it was a smooth, painless process, thanks to the exceptional people who made it happen. Sales manager Faye Wang quickly got the ball rolling and put me in touch the rep Bora Saroeun with whom I originally talked over a year ago. Bora is very affable salesperson who is clearly a “car guy,” as I am. And he knows Audis top to bottom. Kudos! - I got got a great new Audi and it was done professionally with rigorous attention to COVID 19 safety protocol. More

This was my first time buying an Audi. I was unsure of buying new or used so needed to take my time. I am normally put off by sales people as I find they lack patience and can be pushy! Well this was not buying new or used so needed to take my time. I am normally put off by sales people as I find they lack patience and can be pushy! Well this was not the case with Bora! He was patient and kind from beginning to end. I never felt like a bother even once which is rare. Well at the end of great deliberation I bought my dream car, a brand new Q7!!! And thanks to Bora and Kelly who is an absolute darling and Faye who really knows her stuff my experience was 10/10. Good job all 3 of you, you're the best! More

I purchased a new A5 Sportback and new Q5 from Bora this past week and the overall experience was first rate. Bora and everyone at Audi London are excellent to deal with. I’ve purchased several vehicles from this dealership and the buying experience is the absolute best I’ve dealt with out of all the cars I’ve purchased over my lifetime which include BMW, Mercedes and Porsche. Audi London review - 4x returning buyer Prior to my interactions at Audi London, I had never purchased a vehicle from the same manufacturer more than once (including prior purchases with Inf Prior to my interactions at Audi London, I had never purchased a vehicle from the same manufacturer more than once (including prior purchases with Infiniti, BMW, & Mercedes). As of this past week, our family has now purchased four successive vehicles from Audi London, which speaks to my level of satisfaction with the brand, and more importantly, the dealership. In literally all aspects of my dealings with the dealership, the level of quality, professionalism, and collegiality has been exemplary. In the past I had purchased vehicles that I liked, but was unsatisfied with the level of service at the dealership. With others, the dealership interactions were fine, but the vehicles not optimal. Audi is the first brand with which I have had complete satisfaction as far as the vehicle is concerned, & Audi London is the first dealership with which I have felt same. My first Audi (a 2015 SQ5) was purchased with the help of Tony Leung, & Tony has been with me with every subsequent purchase (even after being promoted to the General Manager role at the dealership). Not only does Tony have an extremely pleasant and approachable personality, his approach to auto purchase transactions is very transparent, fair, and honest. With every Audi purchase, Tony has been very clear about the financing options & timelines of the purchase. Every vehicle has been delivered as promised, with all the options & features we’d discussed. At no time have I ever felt duped or taken advantage of, & I’ve always felt I was getting a very fair deal. I had not experienced this in prior years dealing with automotive salespeople. Our two most recent purchases (a Q7 & a Q8) were completed with the help of Faye Wang. Much like Tony, Faye's approach is thorough and friendly, & more importantly, transparent & fair. Faye has always responded promptly to my constant barrage of emails & text messages, & always with clear courteous responses. My satisfaction has carried forward to the service department. Although I’ve had literally no trouble with any of our Audis, I’ve had only positive experiences dealing with the service personnel for our regular maintenance schedule. Our most recent Audi is a Q8 that we picked up last week. So far I absolutely LOVE the vehicle, as I have all of our other Audis. The level of professionalism at the dealership is absolutely top-notch, from the front desk reception staff to the sales/service staff, all the way to the courtesy shuttle driver! I have no reservations giving my highest recommendation to Audi London, Tony Leung, & Faye Wang for anyone contemplating a new vehicle. More

Sincerely Friendly Service Faye took the time to show me both cars I was interested in to a really good level of detail. She answered a lot of the questions I had and was fairly Faye took the time to show me both cars I was interested in to a really good level of detail. She answered a lot of the questions I had and was fairly knowledgeable about the cars. For any questions she wasn't able to answer she pulled in others who she knew could. She was also flexible with her schedule to get me a test drive on short notice. Ultimately I didn't purchase from this dealership but that was more a function of their stock not lining up to what I wanted and not a negative reflection of Faye in any way. Positive experience all around and I would deal with them again in the future. More
