Cody was very responsive and informative during the production/shipment of my order. I was very nervous about going to a dealership but as soon I stepped in Cody was friendly and welcoming. He then mad production/shipment of my order. I was very nervous about going to a dealership but as soon I stepped in Cody was friendly and welcoming. He then made sure I was in good hands with another employee named Farle. Farle made me feel like family, he was warm and welcoming. He is someone who made my car buying experience phenomenal. We then worked with finance Osvaldo, he work quick and also friendly. Town East Ford has a great team of employees and I happened to get the best. Ford is very lucky to have these 5 star employees!
