Disappointing Post-Purchase Experience

purchased a '23 Ford Bronco from this dealership, and while the initial experience was friendly and positive, my satisfaction has taken a nosedive since then. Here’s why:
Missing Trim Pieces: When I bought the Bronco, it was missing the accessory trim pieces above the windshield. These pieces are essential for aesthetics and functionality, especially considering there was previously a roof rack in that area. Before finalizing the purchase, I specifically requested that these trim pieces be replaced.
Broken Promises: Brian Hillman, the salesman, assured me that they would purchase new trim pieces, paint them, and mail them to my residence. However, it’s now been over two months since the purchase (as of May 7, 2024), and I’ve received only one trim piece. The lack of communication and follow-through is disappointing.
Customer Value Post-Purchase: It seems that once you’ve made the purchase, the dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction diminishes significantly. As a buyer, I expected better service and timely resolution of issues.
In summary, while the front-end experience was pleasant, the post-purchase support has been lacking. As a customer, I feel undervalued. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and rectifies the situation promptly.
