it seems like any warranty work is hidden behind a wall of "I have to check on that with the warranty dept." We got an "estimate" for over 12k and WE had to push back and say "are you sure about that?" a of "I have to check on that with the warranty dept." We got an "estimate" for over 12k and WE had to push back and say "are you sure about that?" a day later we heard that it was NOT covered (over 3k repair) then a few minutes later we were told that it WAS covered. We've asked for more clarity in the years that we've been going here, but it seems to get a little worse the longer we keep going here. There's very little to NO clarity on fees and if we're covered or not. I feel like management needs to change the way they handle service customers who buy cars from them and expect to be treated fairly. Hopefully they will change. More
