This was my first time taking my new Volvo in for service (purchased approximately 6 weeks ago). One of my tires showed low on air and I just thought it was because of the colder weather moving in. DaeJon placed me in a new loan vehicle as my service advisor, Fabian, had to order the tire. When I picked up my car a day later the sweet and kind Porter (who remembered my name) helped me transfer my belongings from one vehicle to the other, my car was washed and I was on my way. Fabian and Mark in the service center both made me feel as if I was a famous person and connected me with Mark who is helping me plan my next vehicle purchase. Caden gave me his time to test drive a cx60 while mark was away for lunch and was so knowledgeable about the product he supports. I don't know the name of the two ladies in the loaner department but they both two just really made me feel comfortable and were so helpful. More

I brought my XC90 in for a key replacement. Seems you shouldn’t put them through the washing machine, go figure. Fabian was friendly and knowledgeable. Helped get me into a loaner and went over the process and discussed other maintenance items with me. He stayed in regular communication and the key replacement was less than quoted over the phone. When does that ever happen? They got my car fixed up and the service technician found a safety issue that needed to be addressed. They took care of my car and me.
