The manager was able to listen to my concern regarding SRS which was keep coming after service also and was able to waive the fees for same service which was done a week before. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this dealership’s warranty department. I have called multiple times regarding a warranty they provided, and no one has returned my calls or explained what dealership’s warranty department. I have called multiple times regarding a warranty they provided, and no one has returned my calls or explained what happened to my warranty. Because of the lack of response, an issue with my windshield has only gotten worse. I feel completely ignored and helpless because I don’t know who to speak to for help. At this point, I am considering canceling my warranty altogether due to the poor customer service. More
