I am incredibly dissatisfied with my experience while my car was being serviced at Handy Toyota. I thought the estimated costs and fees were transparent while work was being done on my car. However a commun car was being serviced at Handy Toyota. I thought the estimated costs and fees were transparent while work was being done on my car. However a communicated ~$900 total bumped to ~$2000 AFTER the work had been done on my car, due to a labor fee of over $1000. When looking at the paper work, I was charged for 8 hours of labor service when my car was only in the garage for 4 hours. When picking up my car, Ethan Raymond, who had been communicating with me was no longer there, so I paid and immediately called him to figure out what had gone wrong, communicate my frustration about the lack of (or select) transparency, and be refunded the $500 I was overcharged in labor fess. I have now called Ethan Raymond twice and Jason Poquette once within a week, both no answer or call return - complete radio silence. More
