Great Dealership/Team Brought my 2013 Silverado in for ONSTAR upgrade and new windshield. While I was there I checking out the new 2016 Silverado. Al Bains approached me Brought my 2013 Silverado in for ONSTAR upgrade and new windshield. While I was there I checking out the new 2016 Silverado. Al Bains approached me and we discussed my options on trading in my 2013 for a newer Silverado. Al took the time to work with me and I ended up trading in my 2013 to purchase a 2015 Silverado High Country which was a certified pre-owned vehicle. Al was a pleasure to deal with. Erin in finance got the deal done and Dan Bass was amazing as always. This is my third Silverado I have bought from Lakewood, and because of the way they treat you like family from the moment you walk in until you drive away, I will be back. Five star service. More

He was always helpful, honest and never pushy towards making a deal. I eventually bought a Silverado from Lakewood Chev and couldn't be happier with the dealership that I chose. The only negative that I had was the initial dealings that I had with one of the managers who came across quite strong, but I never had to cross his path after that. Otherwise Danny Bass was always friendly, Erin Healy was incredibly helpful once the deal was struck, and I think Lucky is one of the easiest salesman to deal with. And I have been to quite a few dealerships throughout my search for a truck. There's a reason that Lakewood has such good ratings and reputation. And I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership as long as the current staff stays a part of it. More
