During the initial service appointment there was a diagnosis by the tech that turned out to be a mis-diagnosis upon my return to have the issue fixed and I was informed by Landon S. whom was my servi diagnosis by the tech that turned out to be a mis-diagnosis upon my return to have the issue fixed and I was informed by Landon S. whom was my service advisor, after I dropped off my car and returned to retrieve items from it. I spoke with Erica Ortiz, service director, and she explained what happened and offered gas for my inconvenience. Honestly, this shook my confidence in Toyota of Tampa Bay, even though I did appreciate the attention to the matter by Erica. More

Horrible experience when it comes to servicing your vehicle at this location you take it in for your typical maintenance and then they turn around and give you astronomical work order reports which doe vehicle at this location you take it in for your typical maintenance and then they turn around and give you astronomical work order reports which doesn't make any sense 60 days prior they gave your vehicle the green light which means no issues were found after purchasing my vehicle I had numerous issues with my vehicle... beware if you have an extended warranty and they are aware of it they are going to always find issues with your vehicle when going in for simple things as an oil change just to commit fraud against your extended warranty by causing issues with your vehicle when your vehicle is perfectly fine always get a second opinion and do not go to this location all my family members have had issues with this location More
