Jarod tackled the issue with my tire with no issues at all. Ordered a new tire, called me and scheduled appointment in my best time. Not sure who is Erica Ortiz? ?? Was a little disappoint in service commination this time. Was passed off by Gian as he was unsure of the problem. (understandable) Then Jarod sp ?? Was a little disappoint in service commination this time. Was passed off by Gian as he was unsure of the problem. (understandable) Then Jarod spoke to me and was told he was giving the car to the service department and it would be about two hours before he had an answer. So I chose to be uber to Walmart. Was told in by Jarod he would contact within those two hours to let me know the problem. Well needless to say he did not, so after two and a half hours called and spoke with Gian and asked could he send a uber back for me as I had been done and was just sitting in the sun at Walmart. Once back I texted Jarod to let him know I was back at the dealership and sitting outside. About 15-20 minutes later Jarod contacted me to let me know that my car was with a software technician and hopefully he would be done within an hour. Not really discussing the problem just it was with a software technician. More commination would of been greatly appreciate. More
