On My last visit, my SA was Austin Carr. Austin took care of me and he has always taken care of me and has always gone over everything with me. Unfortunately with my current car I have been Austin took care of me and he has always taken care of me and has always gone over everything with me. Unfortunately with my current car I have been a repeat customer over the last 6 months. Gremlins keep popping up on my car. It took about an hour for my service and I was very happy with the time. My new running boards look fantastic. The personnel was extremely nice and professional. I had a service alert on 24 tundra and called dealer. Person on the phone had no idea what the issue was. I scheduled service and attended appointment. Upon arrival I advised service adviser of an issue Person on the phone had no idea what the issue was. I scheduled service and attended appointment. Upon arrival I advised service adviser of an issue with stop/start system and he said they would check it out. After tire rotation and checking issue tec advised issue could not be replicsted. As I left dealer snd returned home the stop/start system malfunctioned again as I parked in my driveway. I have since done research and found "many or all" third gen tundras are doing the same thing. I need this issue addressed at the dealer or I will escalate to corporate. More
