It’s nerve racking buying a car but Darrian Silas was awesome to work with very accommodating and not pushy at all which is a plus when making this decision. The sales associate repeatedly told me that the Toyota 4Runner that I was purchasing is brand new, but that it's 2023 with 17 miles on it, and he kept repeating that. I asked about the MSRP and he showed 4Runner that I was purchasing is brand new, but that it's 2023 with 17 miles on it, and he kept repeating that. I asked about the MSRP and he showed me a MSRP that was $2,000 more than the 4Runner I was buying. I later found out that it was from another 4Runner. After discovering that the 4Runner was a used car, I called and visited the dealership to ask if my money would be refunded or if they would provide me with a new car. I was told lies about the warranty on the used car they sold me. I gave them several opportunities to correct their misrepresentation of the product, but they refused to do so. I wished I hadn't visited this dealership at all. More
