When we decided to buy she and Sam Smith (finance) got us through the process in record time. I always get annoyed when doing a car purchase ends up being a three hour ordeal. I imagine a lease might take longer, but we got done in 75 minutes and that was with a lot of extra chatting....we probably could have been an hour if we had applied ourselves! Too early to evaluate the car and service but the buying process was awesome! Oh, and an hour later I got an email from the General Manager (Eric) thanking us and providing a contact point if we have any issues. Very Impressive! More
