I did visit Ed Martin Toyota at the end of June. My recent experience was totally the opposite of 41 years ago. I cannot say enough good about the experience. The salesman Mohammed and managers Dustin and Eric worked with me through polite negotiations. We ended up having to get a car another dealer had ordered for stock inventory. I took delivery 3 hours after the car came off of the truck and 2 days after it was built. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking to buy new or used. They treated me like family and yes, I did drive home happy. Chris Keller More

Wow! Such amazing service ! My dealings with this company got me the perfect truck. I lived over 2 hours away and it was worth EVERY minute of the drive. I originally found My dealings with this company got me the perfect truck. I lived over 2 hours away and it was worth EVERY minute of the drive. I originally found a certified Toyota Tacoma on auotrader, which, after an email, led me to Eric Sarjeant. We emailed/texted back and forth to get the perfect deal, but I was undecided. Meanwhile, that truck sold, but was on their website for another week. At the end of the week I used autotraderss random chat messenger to make sure it was gone, and by luck, got Eric again. Eric told me he could put the perfect deal for a BRAND NEW 2018 Tacoma. I couldn't believe it an hour later when Eric crunched the numbers (after hours, taking time away from his family). He had managed to come up with the perfect deal. Completed app online, texted him all needed info and it was truly a "walk in, sign and drive" event when I got there. Due to my work schedue (on call), I was late arriving at the dealership on Memorial Day. Again, Eric stepped up and stayed over, taking time away from his family, to make sure he was personally there to take care of the teal.
